Community Builders is the leading Not-for-Profit Construction based Social Enterprise in Simcoe County and Greater Sudbury. We provide training, employment, and affordable housing to meet the growing needs of our community’s most vulnerable and at risk populations.

We build custom homes, legal second suites and performs renovations of all types. While we pride ourselves in creating affordable housing we also love using our creativity and skill to build for our supporters and create more connections, employment opportunities and pathways for our people.

We are always hard at work to create meaningful employment, hopeful housing and healthy communities. One of the ways we do this is through our Construction Trainee Program. We purposely hire folks with barriers to employment to teach and equip them with the construction and life skills they need for a prosperous career in the trades.?
